Can I ask about dietary needs?
Yes. Tell us about allergies and dietary preferences before choosing the menu. We’ll discuss ingredients and preparation for your event; please don’t assume a dish is suitable without checking.
What if I don’t have a final guest count?
Send an approximate count with your inquiry and explain what is still being finalized. Ask us to confirm the guest-count deadline and booking terms for your event.
Does requesting a quote reserve my date?
No. Availability and booking arrangements must be confirmed directly with GoodFellas. Your current quote and booking details take precedence over any historical package information you may have seen.
